Relax...Take a deep breath...Take a drink of water. Now let's do this!

This ones gonna be fun!


Intervals interlaced with Strength segments.  To maximize the interval aspect we have two active recoveries that are downhill/flat sections.   And for good measure we include a couple of Sprints on a hill before the final strength element.
