Summertime Bash Interval



Memorial Day is the unofficial beginning of summer here in the States.  The weather is generally nice, and schools just about out and it's time to think about that summer vacation.  But Wait!  There's still time to shed a few more pounds before you head to the beach.  I suggest a little strength training (aka, weights) and follow that up with some cardio-interval work.

The weight training is up to you to figure out how you can and want to do that.


...but I'll help you out with the Interval stuff.
