Can you see the top yet? (Spinning Profile & Playlist)

You know you'll be finished in 55 minutes, so why do you have to know how much further?

Strength rides mean a couple of different things to me.  Aside from the obvious hills it also means a close awareness of ones body.  How much further can you push and NOT lose your breath?  How long can I maintain this resistance without going too slow?

You will undoubtedly have a couple people Spinning with you that just don't get the concept.  They'll either go to fast (I guess that means they're coming down the hill you're going up), or they'll be matching the speed of everyone (except that person going downhill), with little resistance.  You can only show them the mountain, you can't make them take the same path that you do.
